Wine
In addition to the olive groves cultivation, the company has 10 hectares of vineyards where are grown the ancient varieties of red grape like Magliocco, Aglianico, Shiraz, Merlot and white grape varieties like Mantonico, Greco and Pecorello. The grapes used to produce wine are part of D.O.P. Terre di Cosenza e Igp Calabria.
Citrus fruit
The citrus production is characterized by oranges and by Clementina of Piana di Sibari that is a greatly appreciated product with high nutritional value and low calories. Its use is also common in cosmetics and in the preparation of liqueurs, sorbets, jams and cakes. The particular territory and climatic conditions make this fruit one of the most important Calabrian contribution to the national citrus production as evidenced by the various institutional awards.
Cereals
A considerable part of the cultivation is dedicated to the durum wheat, soft wheat and corn biological production. The processes and cultivation methods of biological cereals, active since 1996, are controlled by the Italian Association for Organic Agriculture (AIAB) and the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification (ICEA).
